NAMBRIDGE – The First Talent Bridge
Skilled worker shortage here – untapped talent there. NAMBRIDGE connects both sides with an innovative training concept.
NAMBRIDGE is the first training center supported by talentsbridge e.V. It creates a sustainable solution for two major challenges:
The skilled worker shortage in Germany, which puts pressure on companies and industries.
The high youth unemployment in Namibia, which often offers no career prospects to young people.
Our Vision: A practical training model that educates talent in Namibia according to German standards and provides companies with direct access to skilled workers.
Why Namibia?
→ 45% youth unemployment in Namibia: Enormous potential in motivated young people.
→ Linguistic & cultural proximity to Germany: Many people speak English & German.
→ Sustainable Development: Training creates long-term jobs & economic stability.
→ Support from local & international partners: Collaboration with companies & institutions.
The location in Namibia is currently being evaluated – we are developing the concept sustainably and with a future-oriented approach.
