The talentsbridge approach with the NAMBRIDGE pilot project aims to optimally prepare skilled workers for the German labor market in their country of origin through B2-level language courses and training to German standards. This approach facilitates immigration in accordance with the new Skilled Immigration Act and reduces lengthy visa procedures. <\/p>
