At the same time, there are millions of talented young people worldwide who want to work \u2013 but access to the German labor market remains closed for many. It is not a lack of will or skills, but rather a lack of structured, functioning training paths.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b642168 processes prevent skilled workers from coming to Germany.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Integration:<\/strong> Without language and culture preparation, getting started in Germany is a challenge for many.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>No recognition:<\/strong> Degrees and qualifications acquired abroad are often not recognized in
