However, his career began in a different direction: he originally wanted to become a secondary school teacher for sports and English. However, an oversupply of teachers led him to the event industry \u2013 an area in which he has been successful for decades.<\/p>\n\n<p>From tour management for international artists to production management for major projects such as the Chinese National Circus \u2013 Strecker has gained experience in various areas of the cultural and event industry. This broad knowledge makes him a strong networker who combines creativity, organisation and economic thinking.<\/p>\n\n<p>Why talentsbridge?<\/p>\n\n<p>Georg Strecker knows first-hand that talent alone is not enough \u2013 it needs structures and opportunities to develop.
