As a non-profit association, we promote the establishment and development of training campuses abroad with the aim of enabling sustainable, high-quality vocational training in line with German standards.

Who we are – talentsbridge e.V.

We build bridges between talent and companies – through international training centers and strong partnerships.

talentsbridge e.V. is more than an association – we are a movement for innovative skilled worker recruitment and international training. Initiated by Sebastian Stietzel, President of the IHK Berlin, and supported by strong voices from business and education, we unite decision-makers, entrepreneurs, and education stakeholders with a common vision:

We understand that the shortage of skilled workers in Germany is not only an economic challenge, but also an opportunity: An opportunity to build bridges.

Our members are committed companies, chambers of industry and commerce, chambers of crafts, educational institutions, and individuals who take an international perspective on vocational training and want to actively shape solutions.

Whether in politics, business, or education – we bring the right people to the table to build global training centers, specifically promote talent, and enable sustainable skilled worker development.

NAMBRIDGE – Our pilot project in Namibia

Our first major training center will be built in Namibia. With a youth unemployment rate of over 45%, the country offers enormous potential to specifically train young people for the German labor market.
