What your donation achieves

A TalentsBridge scholarship costs €350 per month and covers tuition, learning materials, and supervision by qualified trainers. 100 apprentices will start their training in Namibia in 2026 — funded by companies, foundations, and individuals who are ready to take concrete action.

Scholars complete a recognised German vocational qualification based on the dual education model — the most sought-after training system in the world. Theory and practice are combined from day one. Final examinations are certified by the Berlin Chamber of Commerce. The result is not a certificate nobody recognises, but a qualification with international standing.

The first cohort will train as retail salespeople, hospitality specialists with a focus on restaurant service, and industrial electricians specialising in operational technology — three fields with concrete demand on the Namibian job market.

Who benefits

The scholars are young adults in Namibia who, without external funding, would have no access to structured vocational training. With a Chamber of Commerce-certified qualification, their prospects on the job market improve permanently — for themselves, their families, and their region.

How the funding works

Donations go directly to TalentsBridge e.V. and are used to fund individual training places. As a registered non-profit, we issue tax-deductible donation receipts. Every donor is matched with a specific scholar and receives direct access to them — you know exactly who your support is going to.
